GREAT EXPERIANCE
Recently bought a car from Mothersound and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future. After researching what we wanted, we saw the perfect vehicle here at a great price and organised a test drive the same day. There were a few cosmetic issues with the car but Jack offered instantly to get them sorted, id say going above and beyond expectations when buying a used car. (Most other dealers have taken a "˜take it or leave it' attitude in the past with similar niggles). Jack was great with the kids and gave them a fun demo of a tesla that they were excited by in the showroom. There is also an independent garage next door who deal with any service/mechanical preparations which has given us confidence in the car we've purchased. Cheers

Great car, great team! Just purchased a Mazda 3 from these guys. After securing the car by phone with a refundable deposit, I went to see the car the following week, as new brakes and a fresh MOT were being arranged. On seeing the car, I was delighted! Although the car did have an issue with the boot, that I was previously made aware of, but Luke gave me options on how we would resolve the issue. There were also a few paint chips which you couldn't see on the photos, but as it's not a brand new car, it's something that happens. Luke has since sent a touch up kit, and liaised with my local Mazda garage to fix the issue with the boot. Many thanks to Luke and the Team at Motorsound. I'm delighted with the car and your outstanding service. Would recommend 100%

I recently purchased a Audi A1 for my daughter from Motorsound and it was a great experience. John who I had my initial communication with by email he was fantastic from answering any questions I had about the car to travelling up to Manchester to purchasing the car. Not pushy "Salesman" whatsoever gave lots of information and was left to make my own decision. Also had a problem with my bank and had to wait afew hours to complete the transaction, which meant John had to come back from going home so I could purchase the car on that day which I was so grateful for. Overall a great experience and fantastic car! I would highly recommend.

Motor sound and the team, John and Luke were brilliant, i normally have lease cars but decided to buy my own, I'm glad is chose motor sound, there were a few issues with the car, but the team sorted these out with no hassle at all, provided me with a hire care, collection and drop off service, which really reduced the inconvenience to myself with personal work pressures. They sorted out the issues with no question and were honest about what needed sorting, which they sorted out for me. For me this was piece of mind as buying a second hand care was not something ive done before. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend!
As a young female who has never purchased a car from a dealer before, I was quite nervous about the whole experience. My main concerns were that I would be pushed into a sale, having not much knowledge about cars and ultimately, be sold something that is no good to me. I had also travelled over 1.5 hours to view this place which was fairly risky in itself. However, these concerns were quickly erased after speaking with John at Motorsound. I never once felt pushed into buying anything, and John really took the time to explain all the different functions of the car and worked with me to ensure it was the right one for me. The actual process of buying the car was straightforward, with no hidden fees and great communication. I've now had my car about a week - travelling quite a lot of miles for work, and had no issues whatsoever. But I also know that if there were any issues, John would be on hand to help out. I have already recommended Motorsound to a lot of friends and family members, and I wouldn't have to think twice about buying from here again!

Outstanding service and my perfect motorhome
Last week I bought my first motorhome from Gary at Motorsound, after searching for one for the last 5 months. Gary was very knowledgeable, helpful and explained all the features in the vehicle for me. He was not pushy (like some salesmen)and gave me plenty of space and time to think things over. The motorhome is immaculate and has all the features I was looking for. On collecting the vehicle Gary gave me a demo of how to work everything in the van and spent a lot of time with me making sure I was ok with everything. He also shared his experience of motor homing and gave me lots of tips of how to lock everything up and keep it secure.The service I received was very professional and top class. Can't fault anything at all, this is how it should be when buying a used vehicle and I would defiantly feel confident about using Motorsound again. Thanks for everything, im looking forward to setting off on my adventures now,

Worth a Visit!
We arranged to view a motorhome at Motorsound Oldham the other day and we were welcomed enthusiastically by Gary who had specifically brought the vehicle in for us to view. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout our visit and couldn'thave done more to assist us. I rang Gary today to say that at this point we weren't proceeding with a purchase, but I must emphasise how we both appreciated the lengths he had gone to for our viewing and the subsequent advice to us in our ongoing search for a motorhome. If there was any disappointment on his part he did not show it; quite the contrary, he understood our predicament and wished us luck in our search for the motorhome. He is a credit to the company.

Having looked at cars on auto trader we came across this fantastic car company. Being a fairway from where we live (them Oldham us Rotherham ) I was a bit hesitant about going. The reason for that is I hate sales people that jump on you to get a sale. This company is nothing like that, in fact they are the opposite. They let us have a look round all the cars and let us know that they were there if we needed any help, and when we did they where extremely helpful, John let us look round the car at our leisure and when we where ready let us test drive it. John was also honest with us about the car ( it had a few bits that needed doing) and told us all the parts where on order. We put a deposit down and went back a week later to pick it up. All the snags had been dealt with and the car was immaculate. They signing over and all the paper work was done for us with no stress what so ever. Never been so relaxed buying a car and doing the paper work, they made it so easy. Would like to thank motors sound for helping us find the right car and making it a pleasant experience. Don't think you can go wrong with this company

I was travelling from Brentwood in Essex so I was a little apprehensive about viewing this vehicle. Outstanding Service and Dealership!
I had an excellent experience with Motorsound! I purchased a car during the pandemic therefore, was unable to test drive the vehicle before purchase. After returning home I noticed a number of faults of no fault of Motorsound. Motorsound went above and beyond to help me sort the problem, they repaired the car at no extra cost and even returned my vehicle to my home which was miles away from the dealership. While they fixed my car they also went the extra mile and provided a courtesy car which was very much appreciated. I've never experienced such good service from any other dealership previously and I honestly could not recommend this dealership enough!

First off the description and condition of the vehicle on Autotrader was absolutely spot on, just as described and at a great price. I called to make an appointment which was simple. On arrival I was greeted by A sales person, very friendly and relaxed, definitely not a push salesman. He showed me around the vehicle and gave an overview of technical spec, performance, features etc. On agreeing to purchase the vehicle it was a simple case of paying a deposit and agreeing a collection day. The car was serviced and MOT ready when I collected it, again a simple and friendly process. Sales person sat with me in the car making sure I was familiar with all the features, SAT NAV etc, then off I went, happy as could be. Great experience all round. John was brilliant from start to finish and kept in contact throughout. On a test drive before the sale, his mechanic felt a slight tremor that wasn't detected during the MOT. Rather than allow me to come and pick it up, he phoned to let me know the car will be delayed while they ordered the part and I was able to pick the car up in perfect condition a couple of days later. The car left with full 12 months MOT and a 3 month warranty. Excellent experience buying with them and would recommend to friends.

Picked up my Seat Ibiza yesterday afternoon. Just wanted to say this is the loveliest dealership I've dealt with. So honest and genuine. They don't try and baffle you with any jargon and show you literally everything about the cars which is a rarity. Cracking customer service and great coffee!
The guys at Motorsound were great. We went to view a car and they gave us the keys and left us to it which was fab with no pressure from them trying to sell it. They sorted out a test drive straight away and we picked the car up when it was convenient for us. Love our new car!
